# Get Unidentified Receiving Orders


GET https://sandbox-api.shipbob.com/2026-07/unidentified-receiving-order

Returns a list of unidentified receiving orders (UROs) for the merchant. Use isCompleted to filter to UROs that are not yet linked to a WRO (false, default) or that are linked (true). Up to 50 records are returned per page.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Authentication using Personal Access Token (PAT) token
- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — OAuth2 authentication using JWT tokens

## Request

### Query parameters

- `isCompleted` (boolean, optional) — When false (default) returns UROs not yet linked to a WRO; when true returns UROs linked to a WRO.
- `page` (integer, optional) — 1-based page number. Up to 50 records are returned per page.

### Receiving.V3.UnidentifiedReceivingOrderViewModel

Merchant-facing view of an unidentified receiving order

- `attachments` (list of Receiving.V3.UroAttachmentViewModel, optional) — Images attached to the URO. Empty array when none.
- `barcode` (string, optional, nullable) — URO barcode/tag
- `comment` (string, optional, nullable) — Free-text comment on the URO
- `created_date` (datetime, optional) — Date the URO was created. Returned as a full RFC 3339 date-time, for example 2026-08-05T00:00:00Z.
- `id` (integer, optional) — Unique id of the unidentified receiving order
- `linked_wro_date` (datetime, optional, nullable) — Timestamp the URO was linked to a WRO, or null when not linked
- `linked_wro_id` (integer, optional, nullable) — Id of the linked WRO, or null/0 when the URO is not yet linked
- `reason` (string, optional, nullable) — Reason the receiving order is unidentified
- `tracking_barcode` (string, optional, nullable) — Tracking barcode captured for the URO

- `type` (string, optional) — Attachment type, e.g. "label" (box/label image) or "item" (product image)
- `url` (string, optional) — URL to the attachment image
